We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler based out of our East Region's office in Blue Bell, PA


Major Job Elements

  • Develop logic linked resource loaded schedules from proposals and estimates. Attention to detail including Critical Path Analysis, progress updating and Resource Leveling will be prerequisite.
  • Support the planning, coordinating, and managing all schedule and control activities on projects/programs assigned using Primavera Enterprize, Version 5.0 and higher (P5/P6). 
  • Report regional project/program performance to the Region and Corporate.
  • Interface with Corporate Scheduler manager and various internal and external stakeholders on planning and scheduling related items and functions including reporting requirements, progress status, etc.
  • Represent East Region in meetings with project stakeholders as required regarding project performance related to schedule and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with the H&M Project Management Methodology (PMM) and associated scheduling and standards.
  • Develop and implement scheduling guidelines.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed.
  • Travel up to 25% as necessary to support the East Region scheduling needs.


  • 3+ years proven experience in resource-loaded scheduling using Primavera Project Planner (P3)
  • Experience with Primavera Enterprize (P6) highly preferred.
  • Preferred 4 year BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, formal Project Management foundation course-work, or knowledge and experience in Industry PM Methods is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards, and their impact on projects.
